Lavender has been used for centuries for medicine and fragrance. Lavender can provide relief from arthritis, inflamed tissues, insomnia, calm the digestive system, repairs the skin and has antibacterial properties.
Add 1/2 a teaspoon of Lavender Super Blue to Organic Rooibos or Organic Assam for a flavourful tea. Also you can try it in Lavender Earl Grey tea or Provence Rooibos tea.
Add 1 tablespoon to 1 mug of water and simmer for 30 minutes. Voila! Your house will be imbued with the lovely fragrance of lavender!
